Für dieses Bild habe ich verschiedene Stampers Anonymous Stempelsets von Tim Holtz kombiniert nachdem ich den Hintergrund mit Distress Inks und Distress Spray Stain Picket Fence vorbereitet hatte. Die Kanten und der Rahmen sind mit 3D Impresslits Star Trim auf ein Etcetera Tag gearbeitet und zum Abschluss mit den Holiday Greens von Tim Holtz und den Baubles geschmückt.

For this picture I combined several Stampers Anonymous Stamp Sets from Tim Holtz after preparing the background with Distress Inks and Distress Spray Stain Picket Fence. The borders and the frame was created with the 3D Impresslits Star Trim and worked onto a Ectetera Tag, finishing it off with the Holiday Greens from Tim Holtz and some baubles.

Anleitung – Tutorial

Für den Hintergrund habe ich zunächst nass in nass Distress Ink Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Bundled Sage und Pumice Stone auf Papier gearbeitet, getrocknet und solange nass in nass Farbe ergänzt, bis ich mit dem Resultat zufrieden war, dann habe ich ein wenig Distress Spray Stain Picket Fence aufgesprüht. Für die Hügel habe ich Papierstreifen gerissen. Mit dem obersten Hügel startend habe ich mit einem Tuch jeweils Distress Ink Picket Fence Refiller oberhalb des Papierstreifens aufgetupft, dann das Gegenstück aufgelegt und unterhalb Farbe aufgetragen. Beim obersten Hügel habe ich dafür Distress Ink und Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass, für den zweiten Hügel Archival Ink Mermaid Lagoon in Kombination mit Faded Jeans und für den dritten Hügel Archival Ink Faded Jeans genommen.

For the background I started to work Distress Inks Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Bundled Sage and Pumice Stone wet in wet onto paper, dried it and applied more colour until I was happy with the result, then I sprayed a little bit of Distress Spray Stain Picket Fence on. For the hills I tore some paper strips. Starting with at the top I applied Distress Ink Picket Fence Refiller with a soft towel above my paper strip, then took the counter one and applied colour below it. For the upper hill I used Distress Ink and Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass, for the middle one I used Archival Ink Mermaid Lagoon in combination with Faded Jeans and for the bottom hill I applied Archival Ink Faded Jeans.

Mit dem Stempeln habe ich am oberen Hügel begonnen und mit Hilfe der Stamp Plattform alle Bäume, die komplett sind, mit Archival Ink Black Soot gestempelt, die Hügel habe ich mit den Papierstreifen maskiert. Dann habe ich ohne Plattform alle weiteren Bäume nur zum Teil gestempelt, um die Lücken zu füllen. Der Text Merry Christmas wurde zuerst mit Embossing Powder Super Fine White embossed und dann mit Archival Ink Black Soot gestempelt. Die Hirsche habe ich aus dem Set Holiday Knit ergänzt.

For the stamping I started at the top hill using my stamp platform and stamped all the trees with Archival Ink Black Soot that are fully stamped using my paper strips to mask the hills. Then I went in without the platform and partly stamped trees to fill the gaps. The text Merry Christmas was first embossed with Embossing Powder Super Fine White and then printed with Archival Ink on top. The deer I added from the Set Holiday Knit.

Vom Set Holiday Greens habe ich die Formen jeweils aus Papier und aus dem Kraft Stock von Metallic Confection und Metallic Jewels ausgeschnitten und doppelt verklebt, dann die metallene Oberfläche mit Picket Fence abgedeckt. Mit dem 3D Impresslits Star Trim habe ich aus dem Kraft Stock Metallic 3 genügend Stücke für den Rahmen geschnitten. Das Etcetera Tag Medium habe ich mit Gesso vorbehandelt und den oberen Teil zunächst mit Distress Medium Crazing behandelt, danach mit Distress Spray Stain Stormy Sky eingesprüht, die Oberfläche abgewischt und mit Picket Fence eingesprüht.

I cut out the shapes of the Set Holiday Greens from Kraft Stock Metallic Confection and Metallic Jewels and plain paper, double glued them and covered the metallic surface with some Picket Fence. With the 3D Impresslits Star Trim I cut enough pieces from Kraft Stock Metallic 3 for the frame. The Etcetera Tag Medium was treated with Gesso, then on the upper part I applied Distress Medium Crazing, sprayed some Distress Spray Stain Stormy Sky on, wiped off the excess and applied Picket Fence on top.

Zum Schluss habe ich alles auf das Tag aufgearbeitet. Die Schleife ist eingefärbt mit Distress Spray Stains und die Perlen sind mit Alkohol Pearls Celestial und Smolder eingefärbt. Ein bisschen davon habe ich auf den Rahmen und die Sterne gerieben.

To finish it off I assembled all elements on the tag. The bow was coloured with Distress Spray Stains and the beads with Alkohol Pearls Celestial and Smolder. I smudged a little bit of it onto the frame and the stars.
